Damaged Stock or Shortage in Shipment

Australian Erotique does not assume liability for damaged or missing stock and each case is to be handled based on individual circumstances.

The customer is to accept the shipment and note “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier.

The customer must notify Australian Erotique within 5 days after receipt.

Photographic evidence together with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) is required prior to any further investigation and replacement. This MUST be emailed to sales@australianerotique.com prior to sending back the product.

Generally, the damaged stock is replaced within one week.
